President Marcos has ordered the Department of Transportation to urgently address complaints from transport group Manibela, which plans a three-day strike starting December 9.
The group cited alleged LTO abuses and delays in releasing jeepney registration papers, and warned the protest could last longer.
Malacañang emphasized that any verified complaints should be resolved immediately to prevent disruption.
Officials urged Manibela to consider the impact of the strike on millions of commuters during the busy holiday season.
Talks between the government and the transport group have yet to take place, with authorities encouraging dialogue as the best way to resolve issues quickly.
