SM OFFICES, VISA FORMALIZE EXPANSION PARTNERSHIP

SM Offices and Visa have signed an expansion lease that will allow the digital payments company to more than double its office space at the SM Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay.

Visa will move from a 4,000-square-meter facility to a 9,000-square-meter center at Four E-com Center to support its growing Philippine operations.

The new facility will house administrative, financial and technology functions under a 24/7 operating model.

Visa said the location will provide room for expansion while offering accessibility and amenities for employees.

SM Offices said the deal reflects continued demand from multinational companies for high-quality office spaces in the Philippines.
