The Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office has officially launched the new RESQC Go Bag (Resilient, Eco-Friendly, Sustainable Quezon City Go Bag).
The improved emergency kit is now more eco-friendly and includes essential items such as a first aid kit, portable radio, solar light, raincoat, thermal blanket, tumbler, disposable bath towels, and a nutribar.
This initiative aims to strengthen community disaster preparedness while promoting cleanliness and sustainability.
The RESQC Go Bags are scheduled to be distributed to residents in flood-prone barangays.
The city government encourages all citizens to stay ready and informed in times of emergency.
