The agreement aims to expand exchanges and collaboration in tourism, research, education, investment, and sustainability.
Both governments said the pact will help deepen people-to-people ties and promote mutual growth.
The agreement was signed on June 18 by Colombian Minister Diana Marcela Morales Rojas and Philippine Ambassador Adrian Bernie on behalf of the Department of Tourism.
