Senator Raffy Tulfo and his wife, Jocelyn, an ACT-CIS party-list representative, disclosed a joint net worth of P1.05 billion in their 2024 statement of assets, liabilities, and net worth (SALN), potentially making him one of the wealthiest senators in the 20th Congress.
The couple declared owning commercial, agricultural, and residential properties worth P376.8 million acquired between 2020 and 2023, with no liabilities reported.
Tulfo’s net worth has remained largely stable over the past three years, from P1.137 billion in 2022 to P1.052 billion in 2024.
His 2024 SALN also lists 18 cars—including some bulletproofed—three motorcycles, P243 million in clothing and accessories, and business interests in several production firms.
The document notes his extensive family connections in government, including his wife, son, daughter, and brother, Senator Erwin Tulfo, as well as other relatives working in local and national offices.
