Philippine National Bank (PNB) is expanding access to government services for overseas Filipinos by hosting Social Security System (SSS) and Pag-IBIG Fund assistance sessions in its Japan branches.
The initiative, approved by regulators, will allow SSS and Pag-IBIG officials to conduct client assistance, orientation, and membership services in PNB’s Tokyo and Nagoya offices.
PNB said the program aims to make social protection services more accessible to Filipinos abroad in a trusted banking environment.
The bank will provide free space for the outreach activities to help improve convenience for overseas workers.
Officials said the partnership strengthens collaboration among institutions that support the welfare and financial security of global Filipinos.
