Pickup Coffee is pushing ahead with its expansion plans, banking on Filipinos’ strong coffee culture and its affordable offerings despite ongoing economic challenges.
The company currently operates around 500 kiosks in the Philippines and about 100 stores in Mexico City, with a target of reaching 800 stores by the end of 2026.
CEO Diego Lorenzo said the brand plans to open 200 more company-owned stores this year and has begun accepting franchising with an initial investment of about ₱2 million.
He added that the company aims to serve customers across all income groups while expanding its presence in Northern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Pickup Coffee officials said franchising and venture capital support are expected to strengthen its long-term growth strategy.
