State-run Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) has ordered all gaming corporations to disclose their exclusive partnerships with foreign gaming affiliates to strengthen regulatory oversight and ensure compliance with Philippine gaming laws.
Under the directive, accredited gaming entities must submit declaration forms and supporting documents within 30 days of the memorandum’s July 6 publication, with non-compliance subject to administrative sanctions.
Pagcor said the disclosure requirement will be incorporated into the accreditation and licensing process to improve monitoring and safeguard the integrity of the local gaming industry.
In a separate memorandum, the regulator also introduced the Unified Gaming License (UGL) as an alternative licensing option to streamline the establishment and operation of gaming venues.
The new licensing framework sets minimum venue and equipment standards and carries a ₱1.2-million application fee valid for three years, followed by an ₱800,000 renewal fee every two years.
