Pagcor has ordered all online gaming operators and related stakeholders to replace their responsible gaming advertisements with materials promoting the 24/7 National Problem Gambling Helpline (NPGH).
The directive covers billboards, digital displays, and other out-of-home advertisements, which must be updated by July 15.
The new ads will feature stronger warnings about gambling addiction and provide the NPGH’s contact information for those seeking help.
Pagcor said the initiative aims to improve access to professional support for individuals and families affected by gambling-related harm.
Operators who fail to comply may face regulatory sanctions and other penalties.
