Actress Ellen Adarna recalled the body-shaming she experienced after giving birth during a recent vlog with Alex Gonzaga and Arci Muñoz.
Ellen shared that she was called “losyang”. She received hurtful comments about her appearance after becoming a mother, prompting her to jokingly advise Alex Gonzaga’s husband not to make similar remarks when they have children.
Arci Muñoz remarked that such behavior is common among narcissists who seek to put others down.
Despite the criticism she endured, Ellen said she is now happy and fulfilled as a mother of two.
She shares her son, Elias, with actor John Lloyd Cruz and her daughter, Lili, with her estranged husband, Derek Ramsay.
