President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has emphasized that after the 2025 elections, political divisions no longer matter, urging all winning candidates to unite for the common good.
Presidential Communications Office Usec. Claire Castro said Marcos sees no more political colors or alliances, stressing the need for cooperation to move the government forward.
Only six of the president’s endorsed senatorial candidates, known as the Alyansa, made it to the Magic 12.
Despite this, Marcos remains open to suggestions from all senators, even if they differ from his administration’s programs, as long as they benefit the people.
Castro expressed hope that political differences won’t obstruct the president’s legislative agenda aimed at serving the public.
