The Las Piñas City government has launched its “Pangkabuhayan Cart” program to help residents start small businesses and achieve financial stability.
Mayor April Aguilar led the initiative by distributing food carts to six selected Las Piñero families as the program’s initial beneficiaries.
The project aims to provide residents with the tools and resources needed to run their own small enterprises.
Aguilar said the program allows beneficiaries to earn a steady income and improve their quality of life.
She added that the initiative promotes self-reliance and supports long-term grassroots economic growth in the city.
