She said meetings with manufacturers and retailers will continue weekly after Holy Week, and urged the public to avoid panic-buying or hoarding.
Roque warned that businesses violating the Price Act would face prosecution.
Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr. reassured Filipinos that domestic food supply and prices remain stable despite global oil and fertilizer disruptions from the US-Iran conflict.
He added that emergency measures, including fertilizer imports and alternative solutions, are in place to maintain agricultural production and prevent profiteering.
