At least 574 areas across the country remained flooded on Saturday due to the combined effects of the southwest monsoon and tropical cyclones Luis, Maymay and Neneng, the OCD said.
The weather disturbances affected 7.4 million people across 10 regions, with Central Luzon recording the highest number of flooded areas at 446.
The government has provided more than P1.1 billion in aid, while 549 evacuation centers continue to shelter about 40,600 people.
The death toll remained at 29, with 19 injured and three missing.
Infrastructure and agricultural damage was estimated at P6.6 billion, with 89 cities and municipalities under a state of calamity.
