Manny Pacquiao is set to come out of retirement at age 46 to fight Mario Barrios for the WBC welterweight title in Las Vegas on July 19, according to ESPN.
Pacquiao, who retired in 2021 after losing to Yordenis Ugas, has won 12 world titles across eight weight classes.
The WBC confirmed that Pacquiao had been cleared to fight by the Nevada State Athletic Commission, and as a former champion, he is eligible for a title shot.
Pacquiao, who is also preparing for his induction into the International Boxing Hall of Fame next month, faces a Senate election in the Philippines next week.
Barrios, with a 29-2-1 record, recently retained his title with a draw against Abel Ramos in November.
