Sen. Bong Go led the turnover of a Super Health Center in Barangay Tibungco, Davao City, on Tuesday to improve residents’ access to healthcare services.
The facility is located in Bunawan district, where distance and traffic make hospital visits difficult for some residents.
Go said he had pushed for the project’s completion since 2023.
He emphasized the importance of strengthening primary healthcare services at the community level.
The Department of Health will turn over the facility to the local government, which will provide its personnel, doctors, and other resources to ensure its full operation.
