Donny Pangilinan has reacted to the controversy surrounding “It’s Showtime” Baby Dolls member Juby, who received online criticism for sharing an intimate dream about the actor.
Donny said he understood the public’s concerns but viewed the discussion as an opportunity for healthy conversations about what is appropriate to share on different platforms.
He added that he did not believe Juby intended to hurt or offend anyone, suggesting that she may have become too comfortable during one of the group’s first interviews.
Asked if the revelation offended him, Donny said he felt more awkward than upset because they belong to the same network and might encounter each other at work.
The controversy began during an Oct. 18 episode of “Ganda Gabi Vice,” where Juby named Donny as the celebrity she admired and shared her intimate dream about him.
