The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is encouraging the public to report unfinished, damaged, or substandard road and infrastructure projects by tagging or messaging its official social media accounts.
DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon said public participation helps the agency quickly identify and address issues that may otherwise go unnoticed.
He cited a viral video of an unfinished road project in Dagupan City, prompting immediate action by the department.
The road has since been completed and improved for better public access.
Dizon assured the public that the DPWH will respond promptly to verified reports and complaints.
