The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) will review allegations by Amianan PH that it has failed to pay for souvenir items ordered for ASEAN-related activities.
The group also claimed that the Department of Energy (DOE) has not paid for its orders or provided a down payment.
Amianan PH said CHED’s payment has been delayed for nine months, raising concerns about the impact on the communities it supports.
CHED clarified that the transaction involved a small-value procurement handled by its Regional Office 4.
The agency assured that it would investigate the matter and address any issues with transparency and accountability.
