President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said he is committed to delivering “significant and tangible” changes in the remaining three years of his term, with a focus on improving the lives of Filipinos.
In his latest podcast episode, Marcos emphasized that his legacy should reflect a better quality of life for the people by the time he leaves office in 2028.
To ensure this, he is implementing quarterly performance assessments across all levels of government.
The evaluations now cover not just Cabinet officials but also undersecretaries, with Marcos warning that underperforming officials may be removed.
He stressed that the greatest failure would be leaving office without having made a noticeable difference in the country.
