The ASEAN Business Advisory Council Philippines has partnered with San Miguel Corp. to strengthen supply chain links and support sustainable growth among micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the region.
ASEAN-BAC Chair Jose Ma. “Joey” Concepcion III and San Miguel chair and CEO Ramon S. Ang signed a memorandum of understanding formalizing the partnership.
The initiative aims to help smaller businesses access corporate supply networks, financing and regional markets.
The partnership comes as the Philippines prepares to chair ASEAN and host key business gatherings in November.
These include the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit and the ASEAN Business Awards, which will bring together government leaders, businesses and investors.
