The Philippine Navy will join India and ASEAN navies in the ASEAN-India Maritime Exercise 2026 from Sept. 28 to Oct. 2, with the Philippines and India as hosts.
The exercise will involve 12 participating navies and aims to strengthen maritime security and cooperation.
Final preparations were completed during a planning conference held in Pasay City from Aug. 10 to 12.
Philippine and Indian Navy officials said the exercise will improve coordination and joint responses to maritime security challenges.
The activity carries the theme “Anchored in Trust, United at Sea.”
