Grab Philippines and its motorcycle taxi subsidiary Move It have launched a multi-layered support program to help drivers cope with soaring fuel prices amid Middle East tensions and global supply volatility.
The initiative includes fuel rebates of up to ₱4 per liter through partnerships with major fuel providers and a ₱3 per-liter rebate via Shell Fuel Card for about 20,000 eligible drivers.
Grab is also adjusting incentives, offering commission rebates for GrabCar drivers, a ₱3 “Spot Bonus” per delivery for GrabFood riders, and Move It’s “Power Pasada” program with fuel top-ups and peak-period bonuses.
The programs aim to protect driver earnings, prevent attrition, and ensure reliable urban ride-hailing and delivery services.
Grab and Move It are coordinating with the Department of Transportation and LTFRB and will continue monitoring oil prices to adjust support measures as needed.
