The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) announced that its Guarantee Letters are now accepted at select Generika Drugstore branches nationwide, making it easier for qualified beneficiaries to access the medicines they need.
The Guarantee Letter ensures payment to accredited providers for approved medical assistance under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) program.
Beneficiaries may obtain the letter from the nearest DSWD Field Office or Social Welfare and Development Office.
Participating Generika branches display a sign indicating that DSWD Guarantee Letters are accepted.
The initiative aims to improve access to essential medicines for individuals and families in need.
