4PS BENEFICIARIES RECEIVE ₱341B IN CASH GRANTS IN FOUR YEARS — DSWD

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said more than 5.2 million poor and low-income households received ₱341.258 billion in cash grants under the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) from July 2022 to May 2026.

The agency said the program continues to support children’s education, healthcare, nutrition, and other essential services to help families overcome poverty.

DSWD has also expanded assistance through the First 1,000 Days strategy, which increased monthly grants for eligible pregnant women and young children.

Beneficiaries are also receiving digital financial literacy training under the “e-Panalo ang Kinabukasan” initiative.

Qualified self-sufficient 4Ps families may also access affordable housing through the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program.
