About 25,000 Filipino workers have registered for the Pag-IBIG Fund’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program since the launch of its online registration system three months ago.
The program offers affordable house-and-lot units and condominiums in key locations nationwide, addressing the strong demand for socialized housing.
The online platform allows members to browse projects, estimate payments, and track their registration in real time.
After registration, eligibility is assessed, and qualified applicants are endorsed to partner developers for loan processing.
The program provides subsidized loans for house-and-lot units up to ₱850,000 and condominiums up to ₱1.8 million.
