Speaking at the Japan-ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Exchange, Tulfo highlighted Japan’s technical expertise and investments in developing resilient energy infrastructure, including support for the Philippine National Oil Company Industrial Park.
He also vowed that the Senate Committee on Energy would pursue policies to strengthen the country’s energy resilience and accelerate its transition to cleaner energy sources.
Other members of the Philippine delegation recognized Japan’s contributions to the country’s economic growth, agricultural development, and peace and stability in Mindanao.
