Eligible Social Security System (SSS) members with a monthly salary credit of P10,000 or below will begin receiving up to P8,000 in financial assistance under the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s UPLIFT program starting October 30.
SSS President and CEO Victor Alfonso Limlingan said the aid will be released in four tranches of P2,000 each through beneficiaries’ registered SSS disbursement accounts.
Qualified members must have paid at least one SSS contribution in 2025 or 2026, be listed in the Philippine Statistics Authority’s 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System database, and have enrolled their disbursement accounts within the prescribed period.
Meanwhile, members with a monthly salary credit of up to P20,000 are scheduled to receive the third and fourth tranches, totaling P4,000, on November 6.
Members who have not received any assistance will get the full P8,000, while those who already received the first two tranches will receive an additional P4,000.
