President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. emphasized the importance of protecting the environment for future generations during the groundbreaking of the Sky Garden Project in Alaminos City, Pangasinan.
He highlighted that economic growth must be balanced with the responsibility to preserve natural resources.
Marcos urged Filipinos to prioritize each other’s well-being to build a safe and prosperous future.
The Sky Garden Project, funded by the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority, will feature green spaces, walkways, seating areas, and interactive zones.
It aims to boost tourism in Alaminos City, especially around the Hundred Islands National Park.
