Senator Loren Legarda will lead the 2025 National Arts and Crafts Fair (NACF) from October 23 to 29 at SM Megamall’s Megatrade Halls in Mandaluyong City.
The fair features over 300 exhibitors showcasing Filipino craftsmanship, including indigenous weaving, embroidery, beadwork, and sustainable materials from regions like Abra, Lumban, Zamboanga, and Antique.
Since its 2016 launch, the NACF has become a key platform for local artisans and MSMEs to promote their work, sustain livelihoods, and connect culture with commerce.
This year’s event highlights the Schools of Living Traditions (SLTs) and Gawad sa Manlilikha ng Bayan (GAMABA) awardees, with live demonstrations and workshops by cultural masters.
Legarda emphasized the importance of preserving Filipino traditions, empowering marginalized communities, and fostering inclusive growth through art and craftsmanship.
