Sen. Francis Pangilinan said Sen. Loren Legarda may rejoin the Senate majority bloc, noting that she was originally part of a group with several current majority members.
Legarda previously aligned herself with the minority bloc led by Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano following changes in Senate leadership.
Her possible return was discussed after Sen. Mark Villar joined the majority on Oct. 8, leaving the minority with 10 members.
Pangilinan said it remains uncertain whether Legarda will switch blocs.
Legarda has been on medical leave since Aug. 3, while her spokesperson said her return to the majority remains possible.
