First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos attended the annual “Meeting of the Minds” convention in Miami, Florida, on March 12, where global leaders and experts discussed key issues shaping the world.
She highlighted conversations on emerging technologies, economic uncertainty, and evolving geopolitical realities in a Facebook post on March 14.
Organized by Applied Underwriters, the forum gathers policymakers, business leaders, academics, and innovators to examine global trends affecting business, technology, and governance.
The event provides a platform to address emerging risks, international policy challenges, and technological innovation.
This marks the First Lady’s second consecutive attendance, having also participated in the convention in March 2025, shortly after accompanying President Marcos on a working visit to New York.
