Department of Tourism Secretary Ma. Esperanza Christina Garcia Frasco visited Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso to strengthen their partnership in promoting tourism in the capital.
Frasco called Manila a key tourism gem and pledged the DOT’s support to boost the city’s tourism programs.
She also praised Mayor Isko’s leadership, highlighting the positive changes within his first 100 days in office.
Mayor Isko welcomed the collaboration and assured full cooperation from the city government to support sustainable tourism efforts.
Among his proposals is granting the city usufruct rights over the Intramuros Golf Course to convert it into a public green space for recreation, especially for senior citizens.
