President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has approved the 2025 Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) to honor the hard work and loyalty of government employees.
Under Administrative Order No. 40, a one-time bonus of up to ₱20,000 will be given to civilian and uniformed personnel across national agencies, state universities, government-owned corporations, and select uniformed services.
The incentive also covers employees of the Congress, Judiciary, Office of the Ombudsman, and other constitutional offices, while local government units may set their own SRI amounts through their Sanggunians.
Payments will begin no earlier than December 15, 2025, with pro-rated amounts for employees with less than four months of service.
The program recognizes government workers’ contributions to the Philippine Development Plan 2023–2028 and the President’s 8-Point Socioeconomic Agenda.
