PLDT Inc. will become the first telecom company in Southeast Asia to deploy an advanced agentic artificial intelligence system to improve customer service and business operations.
The company has partnered with UiPath to introduce the conversational AI “KAI,” which will support faster information exchange for enterprise clients.
PLDT said the AI system will reduce response times, improve solution design, and enhance customer experience by delivering instant data during engagements.
The technology will also be used to automate and customize solutions for business clients while boosting operational efficiency.
The move aligns with the company’s shift toward AI-driven services, as regional telecom firms increasingly adopt advanced digital tools.
