Filipina actress Lovi Poe has secured another international role as she joins “Game of Thrones” star Maisie Williams and BAFTA nominee Rory Kinnear in the upcoming thriller film Ignition. The movie, written and directed by James Erskine, is currently in post-production and is set to be introduced at the 79th Cannes Film Festival this May. The story follows a young woman caught in a terrifying terrorist plot involving paranoia, technology, and a high-stakes race against time. Director Erskine said the film aims to immerse audiences in a tense, real-time psychological experience centered on Williams’ character. Poe expressed excitement about the project on social media, marking another major step in her growing international acting career.
