Benjamin Netanyahu said Hezbollah’s actions are undermining the Israel–Lebanon ceasefire and vowed continued strikes against the Iran-backed group.
He said Israel is acting under agreed arrangements with the United States and Lebanon, including the right to respond to and pre-empt threats.
The Israeli military reported intercepting drones and issuing evacuation orders in southern Lebanon ahead of planned strikes on Hezbollah targets.
Meanwhile, multiple airstrikes were reported in southern Lebanese villages, including an attack that hit a motorcycle in Zawtar al-Sharqiyah.
