The Vice Mayor’s League of the Philippines (VMLP) – Rizal Chapter held a meeting on October 23 in Angono to exchange insights and best practices for inter-municipal cooperation and good governance.
Vice Mayor Russel Guiller C. Ynares of Binangonan highlighted that learning from other municipalities’ initiatives would help improve local policies and programs.
Before the gathering, the league members paid a courtesy call to Rizal Governor Nina Ricci Ynares and took their oath of office, pledging to provide exemplary service to their towns.
The meeting aimed to promote stronger collaboration among Rizal vice mayors and support initiatives fostering innovation, inclusive development, and responsive public service.
Governor Ynares welcomed the event, emphasizing teamwork as essential for driving progress and development across the province.
