The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) has activated a full-scale readiness plan ahead of the second “Trillion Peso March” on November 30 in Manila and Quezon City.
Medical teams, ambulance units, first aid stations, and welfare services will be deployed to ensure public safety and provide life-saving assistance.
Eight ambulances will be stationed at key locations, supported by a 10-bed emergency medical tent and psychosocial support desks.
The PRC will monitor the event in real time and maintain coordination among all deployed units, with additional volunteers on standby.
Officials urged the public to stay safe and reminded them to contact the PRC Hotline 143 for emergencies.
