All 19 municipalities and one component city in La Union, along with 47 out of 48 local governments in Pangasinan, suspended classes on Friday due to Tropical Storm Crising.

Meanwhile, the Department of Social Welfare and Development prepositioned thousands of food packs and relief items for families potentially affected by the storm.
