Baguio City officially launched the 30th Panagbenga Flower Festival on January 12, with Mayor Benjamin Magalong highlighting the theme, “Blooming Without End,” as a symbol of community strength, culture, and resilience.
Magalong emphasized that Panagbenga has grown into more than a festival, becoming a story of the city’s unity and continued growth despite challenges.
He thanked partners, volunteers, local artists, schools, and businesses for their role in making the celebration inclusive, organized, and world-class.
The festival also provides a platform for entrepreneurs and creative talents while welcoming visitors from around the globe.
The mayor called on everyone to take pride in the festival, uphold its values, and ensure that Panagbenga 2026 is another memorable celebration.
