LEBRON JAMES’ HISTORIC DOUBLE-DIGIT SCORING STREAK COMES TO AN END

LeBron James’ NBA-record streak of 1,297 consecutive regular-season games with at least 10 points ended on December 4 in a game against the Toronto Raptors.

Instead of trying to extend the streak, James prioritized winning by passing to Rui Hachimura, who made the game-winning shot for the Los Angeles Lakers in a 123-120 victory.

The streak, which began on January 6, 2007, far surpassed Michael Jordan’s previous mark of 866 consecutive double-digit games.

James finished the game with eight points but expressed no regrets, emphasizing his focus on making the right play and winning.

Lakers teammates and coach praised James’ unselfishness, noting that his decision reflects his career-long commitment to teamwork over personal milestones.
