A recent nationwide survey by the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) named Budget Undersecretary Goddes Hope Libiran as the top government communicator for the first quarter of 2025, followed closely by DSWD Undersecretary Irene Dumlao.
The survey evaluated spokespersons based on clarity, credibility, public trust, and effectiveness during key national events.
Other notable communicators include PCO Undersecretary Claire Castro, DOJ Assistant Secretary Mico Clavano, and Health Assistant Secretary Albert Domingo.
PNP spokesperson Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo also made the top 10 list with a strong approval rating.
The results highlight the increasing public demand for clear and trustworthy government communication amid challenges posed by misinformation.
