Various groups led by Artikulo Onse-Citizens’ War Against Corruption, and Sanlakas are organizing a large protest called “Baha sa Luneta” on September 21, 2025.
Aaron Pedrosa, co-convenor of the rally, highlighted that the recent resignation of House Speaker Martin Romualdez reflects growing public outrage against corruption.
The organizers emphasized the need to prosecute corrupt officials, end political dynasties, and reform the system.
They expect a massive turnout at Luneta Park in Manila, with many groups joining the cause.
Simultaneous protests will also take place in several cities nationwide, including Baguio, Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, and Tacloban.
