The UAAP has renewed its broadcast and marketing partnership with Cignal TV under MediaQuest Holdings for another five years, covering Seasons 89 to 93.
The agreement aims to enhance coverage of UAAP events across TV and digital platforms, with improved technology and wider reach for Filipino fans.
UAAP and Cignal officials said the partnership will continue to showcase student-athletes across various sports and provide them with greater exposure locally and internationally.
MediaQuest executives expressed commitment to delivering better coverage, calling the UAAP a key sports property that Filipino audiences value.
The current Season 88, hosted by the University of Santo Tomas, marks the final year of the previous deal.
