DOH COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION OF CLARK MULTI-SPECIALTY MEDICAL CENTER

The Department of Health (DOH) initiated the construction of the Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center, a flagship project under the Regional Specialty Centers Law, in a groundbreaking ceremony led by Health Secretary Teodoro J. Herbosa and Undersecretary Glenn Matthew G. Baggao. 

Scheduled for Central and Northern Luzon, the hospital aims to enhance healthcare accessibility. 

Alongside this milestone, the DOH distributed 14 Bagong Pilipinas Mobile Clinics to provinces in Regions 1, 2, and the Cordillera Administrative Region, extending medical services to remote areas. 

Governor Dennis Pineda and other dignitaries attended the event, underscoring efforts toward achieving Universal Health Care in the Philippines.
