Around 13,000 Supreme Court documents were leaked online, according to cybersecurity organization Deep Web Konek, which reported the breach on Wednesday.
The leak, attributed to an entity known as “grep,” exposed 13,564 rows of sensitive data, including case details, payment statuses, and personal information of individuals involved in legal proceedings.
Deep Web Konek emphasized the breach’s severity, revealing vulnerabilities in government systems for handling legal information.
Supreme Court spokesman Camille Ting confirmed that the Court’s Management Information Systems Office (MISO) is currently validating the incident and assured that all Court processes, including bar exams, remain secure.
