Piolo Pascual marks his return to Star Cinema after eight years in the upcoming family drama “Meet, Greet & Bye,” directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana and starring Maricel Soriano as his on-screen mother.
The film follows a family’s emotional reunion as they confront illness, regret, and unspoken love, with Pascual portraying the eldest son of Soriano’s character.
During the press event at the Dolphy Theater, Pascual described the experience as a heartfelt “homecoming” to his first film family and praised Soriano’s nurturing presence on and off set.
Co-stars Belle Mariano, Juan Karlos, and Joshua Garcia shared how their genuine bond deepened the story’s authenticity and emotional impact.
Opening in theaters worldwide on November 12, “Meet, Greet & Bye” is billed as a “love letter to parents,” exploring healing, family, and second chances.
