Veteran stage actress and singer Pinky Marquez became the first-ever Rainbow Rumble Master on the newest season of the game show Rainbow Rumble, bagging the show’s biggest jackpot yet — P1,071,000.
Pinky completed the “Rainbow Reveal” segment with eight seconds to spare, becoming the third millionaire winner after Raphael Bosano and Emilio Daez.
Despite facing a setback from fellow contestant Celeste Legaspi’s “atras” move during the elimination round, Pinky bounced back and secured an early win of P71,000.
She shared that this was her first time winning in any contest and pledged to donate part of her prize to two schools she supports.
The next day’s episode featured ABS-CBN news reporters, with Adrian Ayalin making it to the final round and taking home P85,000.
