The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) expressed concern over the escalating conflict and worsening humanitarian situation.
The DFA called for adherence to UN Security Council Resolution 1701 and international humanitarian law, emphasizing the protection of civilians and UN personnel.
The government also urged diplomatic efforts to resolve the wider regional conflict.
The Philippine Embassy in Beirut reported that none of the roughly 14,000 Filipinos in Lebanon have been harmed.
